ROMANIAN THRASH METAL CLUB este o asociaţie culturală non-guvernamentală non-profit, fondată în 2011, al cărui scop principal este promovarea şi susţinerea fenomenului thrash metal în România. De asemenea, se vizeaza sutinerea genurilor direct asociate stilistic acestuia, şi anume: heavy metal, death metal, black metal şi old school grindcore, manifestate în forma lor tradiţională, dar şi a hibrizilor generaţi de acestea, în măsura în care caracteristicile şi estetica genului patern sunt prezente în noul gen astfel rezultat.

Fiind prima iniţiativă de acest gen din România – un club de metal alcătuit din membri cotizanţi – RTMC îşi propune să susţină, prin toate mijloacele disponibile oferite de experienţă, orice iniţiativă similară, indiferent de nişa stilistică vizată. Mai mult decât atât, RTMC salută şi e gata să susţină orice iniţiativă adresată propriei nişe deoarece scopul este de a dezvolta o scenă consistentă şi sănătoasă, în care fiecare element care o constituie, indiferent că este vorba despre public, trupe sau promoteri, să ocupe locul cuvenit. RTMC consideră că cel mai important element al unei scene sănătoase este publicul plătitor, motiv pentru care unul dintre scopurile nedeclarate dar evidente ale asociaţiei este de a oferi fiecăruia evenimente asociate genului preferat şi nu surogate ale acestuia!

În vederea atingerii scopului propus, RTMC se va implica direct sau indirect în acel segment al scenei muzicale care constituie obiectivul principal al asociaţiei, atât prin stabilirea de parteneriate cu promoterii interesaţi de această mişcare, cât şi prin organizarea de evenimente proprii.

Avantajele înscrierii în Club şi ale participării active vor consta în reduceri mai mult sau mai puţin consistente la preţurile biletelor de intrare la concertele care au legătură directă cu mişcarea thrash metal, precum şi accesul gratuit la unele evenimente organizate.

RTMC îşi propune să devină un jucător important pe scena de rock românească şi nu numai, aşadar să fie un grup ACTIV.

Prin aceasta, RTMC înţelege:

– implicarea în presa de profil prin articole, fotografie şi eseuri;
– participarea masiva la concertele sau evenimentele partenerilor clubului;
– susţinerea trupelor thrash metal autohtone;
– activităţi recreative şi instructive în vederea atragerii de noi membri sau simpatizanţi: excursii, petreceri etc.;

Also, its aim is to support the directly related genres, namely: heavy metal, death metal, black metal and old school grindcore, in their classical form, as well as mixed genres based on those styles, as long as the features and aesthetics of the parent genre can be found in the new variation.The first initiative of this kind in Romania – a metal club with paying members – RTMC aims to support, by all available means and with the help of our members’ experience, any similar initiative, regardless of its style niche. Moreover, RTMC welcomes and is willing to support any initiative within their own niche, as the aim is to develop a consistent and solid scene, where each element, whether it is the audience, the bands or the promoters, should have its rightful place. We believe that the most important part of a healthy scene is the paying audience, and so our undeclared but obvious purpose is to provide events related to every fan’s preferred genre, and not surrogates!To achieve its purpose, RTMC will be directly or indirectly involved in the segment that is the main objective of the association, both by establishing partnerships with promoters interested of this movement, and also by organizing their own events.

The benefits of club membership and active involvement will be preferential prices for concert tickets directly related to the thrash metal movement and also free access to some of the club organized events.

RTMC’s objective is to become a major player in the Romanian rock scene and beyond: To be actively involved.
By this, RTMC means:

– Involvement in the media through articles, photographs and essays;
– Recreational and educational activities to attract new members or sympathizers: trips, parties etc.;
– Massive attendance at our partners’ concerts and events;
– Supporting the local thrash metal bands
