Romanian Thrash Metal Fest 3rd Edition – Old Grave Fest (English version below)

Devenit deja traditie pentru unii si loc de pelerinaj pentru altii dupa doar doua editii, Romanian Thrash Metal Fest – evenimentul exponential al Romanian Thrash Metal Club – isi dezvaluie primele detalii generale legate de locatia si line-upul celei de a treia editii, si nu numai!

Romanian Thrash Metal Fest 3rd Edition, ca si editiile precedente, isi propune in primul rand sa consolideze efortul concret al Romanian Thrash Metal Club de a-si pune in practica manifestul conform caruia clubul a fost infiintat cu scopul expres de a promova si sustine metalul traditional in Romania.

Gandit inca din prima clipa ca o platforma de promovare, Romanian Thrash Metal Fest este probabil singurul festival din lume care se prezinta ca un efort conjugat la modul interactiv al celor trei mari componente ale scenei: fani, trupe si promoteri.

Astfel, dupa precedentele editii la care paza si accesul au fost facute de catre fani (membrii RTMC) in colaborare cu compania de paza – la randul ei alcatuita din fani – (Hardcore Security), oficiile de gazda de catre artisti (Alessio si Riccardo – Violentor) iar stage managementul si merchandise-ul de catre promoteri ca Stefan Zaharescu – Buvnitz (Mighty Owl Productions, Rockstadt), Elly (Hatework, Asociatia Culturala Manifest) sau Titus (Bestial Records, letsrock.ro, Metal Under Moonlight), totul desfasurandu-se in locatia complexa care este clubul Fabrica si care pune la dispozitia vizitatorului toate comoditatile rezervate in general festivalurilor cu pompa si pretentii (terasa, restaurant, lounge, galerie de cumparaturi precum si 3 baruri) dar si o echipa profesionista de hosting (Fane, Vicentiu, Gabi, Nicu Galie de la Green Sound Team, Viezure & co.), Romanian Thrash Metal Club isi propune sa duca lucrurile catre nivelul superior, acolo unde falsele granite impuse de catre o industrie falimentara si muribunda se topesc, reunind astfel sub acelasi acoperis participantii in primul rand in calitatea lor de fani care vor canta, vor topai si isi vor asigura singuri serviciile si confortul specifice acestui gen de manifestare.

Acestea fiind spuse, asteptati-va ca pentru a treia editie a Romanian Thrash Metal Fest – Old Grave Fest, care va avea loc in datele de 10-11 octombrie in club Fabrica – Bucuresti, str. 11 Iunie nr. 50, surpriza din numele festului sa fie cea mai mica si ca formatiile deja confirmate (GRAVE, maestrii deathului suedez, DESASTER care tocmai au implinit 25 de ani de blasfemie, SODOMIZER la o revenire mult asteptata, thrasherii new-yorkezi de la HELCANNON si grecii nebuni SLAUGHTERED PRIEST si NECROCHAKAL) sa fie doar inceputul!

Astfel, cu promisiunea ca vom reveni in scurt timp cu detalii utile, in prag de vacanta si sarbatori, noi, Romanian Thrash Metal Club, va uram sa vi se implineasca tot ce va doriti si un an 2014 mult mai bun lasand prima versiune a posterului pentru RTMF 3rd Edition – Old Grave Fest, semnat de nimeni altul decat faimosul Costin Chioreanu de la Twilight13Media, sa faca dovada bunelor intentii si a contributiei personale la implinirea acestora!

Already a tradition for some and a place of pilgrimage for others after just two editions, Romanian Thrash Metal Fest – the hallmark event of the Romanian Thrash Metal Club – reveals the first general details about the location and line-up of its 3rd edition, and more!

Romanian Thrash Metal Fest 3rd Edition , like its previous editions, aims primarily to consolidate the efforts of the Romanian Thrash Metal Club and put into practice its manifesto, according to which the club was founded with the purpose of promoting and supporting traditional metal in Romania .

Thought of as a promotional platform since the first moments of its existence, Romanian Thrash Metal Fest is probably the only festival in the world that is presented as a joint effort of the three main components of the scene : fans, bands and promoters.

Thus, after the previous editions at which security and access were provided by fans (RTMC members) in collaboration with a security company which in turn consists of fans (Hardcore Security), artists were hosts(Alessio and Riccardo – Violentor) and stage management and merchandise were done by promoters such as Stefan Zaharescu – Buvnitz (Mighty Owl Productions, Rockstadt) , Elly (Hatework, Manifest Cultural Association) and Titus (Bestial Records, letsrock.ro, Metal Under Moonlight), everything taking place in the complex location that is Fabrica, which offers visitors all the conveniences usually reserved for festivals with pomp and pretensions (terrace, restaurant, lounge, shopping gallery shop and 3 bars) but also a professional hosting team (Fane, Vicentiu, Gabi, Nicu Galie from Green Sound Team, Viezure & co.), Romanian Thrash Metal Club aims to take things to the next level, where the false boundaries imposed by a bankrupt and dying industry melt down, bringing together under the same roof all participants primarily as fans that will play music, will jump around and will provide for themselves the services and comfort specific to this kind of event.

That having been said, expect that for the third edition of the Romanian Thrash Metal Fest – Old Grave Fest, which will take place on October 10-11 in club Fabrica – Bucharest, 50 11 Iunie Str, the new name will be the smallest surprise and that the already confirmed bands (GRAVE, the Swedish death metal masters, DESASTER that have just celebrated 25 years of blasphemy, SODOMIVER making a long-awaited comeback, the New Yorker thrashers from HELLCANNON and the greek maniacs from SLAUGHTERED PRIEST and NECROCHAKAL) are just the beginning!
